What Are Your Rental Rates?
Depending on the time of year, our nightly prices are $135-$180 per night for the Full Camper, and $165-$200 per night for the Rialta, with a 5% discount starting at 7 days, and a 10% discount starting at 14 days. Discount applies to total number of nights! See our link for current rates.

What Year Rialtas And Full Campers Do You Rent?
All our Rialta and Full Camper rentals are 2002 or newer.

Where Is your Rental Location?
Currently, we are only renting Rialtas and Full Campers out of our Yucaipa California location.

What Are Your Office Hours?
Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pick up and drop off are available on Sunday by appointment.

How Do I Pay For My Rental?
Deposit is paid online by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and in the U.S. only Discover Card. Payment for remainder of rental fee can be paid by credit card or cash at time of pick up.

Is Insurance Included?
Our rentals include coverages in three areas in excess of minimum automobile coverages against third-party required by law. The details are contained on the Rental Agreement which is available for download on our Web site . Coverage includes Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) provides you supplemental liability insurance up to $1,000,000 for USA rentals. Responsibility of up to only $1000 for Vehicle Loss or Damage per occurrence provided you abide by the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement, report promptly in case of accident of vehicle damage, and avoid prohibited vehicle use. Expense reimbursement plan up to $3,000 in the event of mechanical breakdown requiring service times.

What Is The Cost Of Mileage?
All our rentals include a set amount of allowed miles (100/night). Additional miles are billed at 25¢/mile.

Is There A Charge For Using The Generator?
Yes. The generator charge is $3 per hour as determined by an installed running time meter. You can save on this expense by staying in locations that have electrical hookups and not leaving the generator running when you are not in the vehicle. A generator is only needed for the coach air conditioner, microwave and electrical outlets. A generator is not necessary for normal vehicle operation and is subject to frequent service interruption.

What Constitutes A Rental Day?
The rental day is based on number of nights the vehicle is used. Each night constitutes a rental day.

Are There Any Other Charges?
There is tax on the rental charges and any kits you order. The generator fee is $3/hour and will be collected upon return of the rental. You agree that you will return unit in the same condition as he received it (excluding normal wear). A fee of up to $250 will be charged if the interior of the vehicle has not been cleaned. Damages or loss of equipment will be paid for by the renter. Holding tank must be emptied prior to return of the vehicle or be subject to an additional dump charge of $50. The gas tank and propane tank on the vehicle will be filled prior to departure by us, and must be returned with a full tank of gas and a full tank of propane or be subject to a filling fee at cost + $40 fee for each tank.

No. Vehicle must be returned to our California location.

What Kind Of Gas Mileage Can I Expect?
Customers report 16-22MPG in both the Rialtas and Full Campers. This depends on vehicle usage, driving style, and terrain. We assume no liability for fuel consumption rates. All gasoline and all propane refueling during the trip are at the customer's expense.

Do I Need A Special Driver's License?
No, but you and all operators must be 25 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license and a major credit card. No special endorsement is needed. Temporary licenses are not accepted. All drivers must be present, listed on and sign the rental agreement and will be bound by terms and conditions of the rental agreement at vehicle pick up.

When Can I Pick Up My Rental?
Vehicle departure time is normally before 11AM, but if you make prior arrangements, it may be picked up up to 4PM on the date of departure. Vehicle drop off time is normally before 11:00 AM only. Returns after 11:00 am may be subject to a late return fee of $25 per hour. Please contact your departure rental center the day before departure date to arrange a pick up time.

What If I Return Early?
No refunds will be made for early returns or late pick ups.

Can I Change My Reservation?
If you require a change to your reservation, please contact us. Changing a reservation date required cancellation, and you will need to re-apply for a new reservation online. Your deposit will be credited to your new reservation dates.

Can I Cancel My Reservation?
If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, your deposit can be applied to a future rental from us. It is a credit balance until you re-book.

Are Rialtas and Full Campers Difficult To Drive?
No, the Rialtas and Full Campers handle much like any large van.

Does The Rental Come With Pots, Pans, Etc.?
No, but we do have kits available. You will be presented with these choices during the reservation process online. All items must be returned clean at end of trip.

Does The Rialta and Full Camper Come With A TV?
Only the Rialta QD models have a small TV built in. You may connect to this TV with a portable device.

Is There An Awning On The Rialta?
No. We suggest you bring a canopy if you need shade or check with the RV park if you are staying in one.

Are Pets Allowed?
Yes, but are subject to a $100 fee.

Is There A Supply Store, Dump Station Nearby?
Yes. You will be provided with directions to a local RV supply store, and dump station.

Can I Park My Car While I Travel?
Parking for one vehicle is allowed depending on space available. If you are allowed to park, it is at your risk entirely.

Can I Leave Luggage With You While I Travel?
Often this is not a problem, but again, check with us first. Anything left at our facility is at your own risk.

Can I Travel Outside The USA?
Travel outside the USA is not allowed.

Can I Tow A Boat Or Car Behind A Rental?
No. They do not have the towing capacity for such large items.

Do You Have Baby Seats Or Cribs Available?
No. Please plan to bring your own car seats and/or cribs.

Is It Safe To Drink Water From Rialta Tank?
Generally yes, but we do NOT recommend this. It is difficult to know if the water is potable when you fill the tank at a variety of locations. We recommend you use bottled water for drinking and cooking. The water from the tank is fine for washing and bathing.

Do You Provide Bike Racks?
No, we do not provide bike racks.

Do You Provide Levelers?
No, our insurance does not allow us to provide levelers.

Can You Pick Me Up At The Airport, Etc.?
You must arrange your own transportation to and from the airport. Call us for recommendations and transportation options.

How Will I Know How To Operate The Rental Equipment?
We will provide a familiarization tour (approximately 30 minutes to one hour) which is required to acquaint the customer and drivers with the operation of the vehicle before departure. We also provide a manual for all the Rialta features.

Can I Store Items On The Outside Of The Rialta?
Sorry, storing items on vehicle roof or exteriors is not permitted.

Are We Responsible For Maintenance On Rental?
You are responsible for checking engine oil, fluids, and coolant levels at each refueling, as well as reporting mechanical failures immediately. You may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in vehicle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance.
